Trial Activation
A 30 days Trial of ARES® Commander and other Graebert products is available to all Users, and also includes access to ARES® Touch and ARES® Kudo. The process is similar for the different products, and for reference, ARES Commander will be used in this article.
ARES® Kudo allows you to create and modify DWG drawings in the Cloud, running
in a web browser, with no software installed locally. For more information, please

ARES® Touch is our mobile CAD solution for DWG viewing and editing, for IOS® and
ANDROID® smartphones and tablets. For more information, please refer to the
ARES Touch page here.
In order to enjoy the Trial period, the only requirement is to create a Graebert Customer Account: No Permission Key is required for Trial.
After 30 days, the trial version reverts to a demo version which is View-Only.
You can create your account in the Graebert Customer Portal via the website
(https://login.graebert.com/) or when you launch ARES Commander: Both processes are shown below.
NOTE: The licenses of ARES® Commander allow the activation of the software in two devices, however for Trials, the activation is limited to one device. In the same way, for ARES Touch, for Trials the usage is limited to one device. You can still use the software in different devices: In order to do so, you only need to Logout from your account (in ARES Commander and or ARES Touch).
Graebert Customer Portal Account
When you launch ARES Commander, you can create and or login to your Graebert Account: Once created, you can use it to manage your license(s) and or associated devices.
Graebert Customer Portal Account Creation
Start ARES Commander and in the Start Page, click the option “Login with my Graebert Account” (if previously created). If you don‘t have an account, click the option “Start Free Trial”.
If the License Dashboard is not visible, you can always access it via the option on the top left of the ARES Commander window.
Under “Start Free Trial”, select the option “Sign up for Free Graebert Account”.
You can also create your account directly in the Customer Portal. You can access the Graebert Customer Portal via the link in our website.
If you have an account, Login using your credentials. If you don‘t have an account, you can create one using the option “SIGN UP”.
NOTE: As part of the process of account creation, you will receive an email with a link, that must be clicked to confirm the request: Only when the link is clicked the account will be “active”. If you don‘t receive this email, please check the Spam/Junk folder of the email address provided on account creation.
Once you have clicked the link/ confirmed the creation of your User account, you will only need to Login to your account in the ARES Commander License Dashboard and your Trial starts.
ARES Commander Trial Start
Once the creation of your account in the Graebert Customer Portal is confirmed, to start your Trial you only need to Login to your account in the ARES Commander License Dashboard.
Upon Login, you will see the remaining time of Trial. You will also receive another email confirming the start of the Trial.
ARES Kudo Trial Start
Once the creation of your account in the Graebert Customer Portal is confirmed, to start your Trial you only need to Login to your account in the ARES Kudo Page.
Upon Login, you will see the remaining time of Trial. You will also receive another email confirming the start of the Trial.
With ARES Kudo your DWG drawings follow you on any device. Nothing to install, you just need an Internet browser to access, share and modify your CAD files online, anywhere, anytime.
ARES Kudo runs inside all four major modern web browsers,
and allows you to access your drawings in any device.
Instead of forcing you to use one more Cloud storage service, ARES Kudo helps you to connect altogether the ones you already have. Supported cloud storage services include Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and OneDrive for Business or industry-specific ones such as Onshape or Trimble Connect. ARES Kudo lets you browse or search across all of them.
Enterprise Customers with hundreds of users can also connect ARES Kudo to their private cloud storage servers in order to meet specific privacy requirements.

ARES Touch Trial Start
Once the creation of your account in the Graebert Customer Portal is confirmed, to start your Trial you only need to download the app for your device, install it, and Login to your account in the ARES Touch Start Page.

You can find the installers of the applications in the Apple App Store
And in the Google Play Store
Download and install the app corresponding to the OS of your device.
Launch the app. Login to your account, by click in the icon on the top-right corner:
Login to your account.
Contrary to a purchased license that allows the use of the app in multiple devices, for Trial only one device is allowed.
You can still use ARES Touch in a different device: To do so, Logout from your account in the device in order to release the license, or Login to your account in the Graebert Customer Portal, Go to “Devices”, Expand the node of the device and Click “Unbind”.
