Changing Your Current Email Address in the New Customer Portal

If you need to update the email address associated with your account in the New Customer Portal, you can easily do so by following the steps below.

Steps to Change Your Email Address

  1. Sign in to the New Customer Portal using your current email address and password.

  2. Click on your Settings icon in the upper-left corner of the portal.

  3. Select Change Email option from the menu.

  4. Locate the Email Address section.

  5. Enter your new email address in the designated field.

  6. Save the changes.

Verify Your New Email Address

  1. A verification email will be sent to the new email address.

  2. Open the email and click the verification link.

  3. Once verified, your new email address will become the primary email associated with your account.

    Note: If you don't receive the verification email, please check the Spam/Junk folder, as it may have been filtered.
