Locate the PDF File: Find the desired PDF file in your document list.

Swipe Left: Swipe left across the PDF file entry to reveal the action buttons and tap the gray More button.

In the pop-up menu, tap Open with…

From the iOS share sheet, select your preferred application (e.g., Preview, Files, or another PDF viewer) to view or edit the file.
