One way to create a new file is to click the plus symbol next to the last drawing tab:

If you choose this method, the new file will be created based on the template set for the Smart Template. The setting for the Smart-New template can be found under Options &gt; System Options &gt; Open/Save As &gt; Name of the template for SmartNew:
