It has been observed that connection problem may arise, linked to the OpenSSL-Version 1.1.<br>Please install the OpenSSL 1.0.1 or OpenSSL1.0.2, as under certain configurations ARES Commander doesn't work with the latest version OpenSSL-Version 1.1. 

Our Development Team is working on this topic, and we aim to support the latest OpenSSL version in the near future/upcoming release.
