Monitoring Licenses
You can monitor the status of your licenses in the Customer Portal which lets you manage your Graebert Account.
In the Products > My Products section of the Customer Portal, license information
includes:
β’ start date
β’ expiration date
β’ license type (Annual, Perpetual, Three Years, or Trial)
β’ license status (Enabled, Disabled, Bound, or Offline)
In the Devices section, you can view the ARES products installed on your devices.
In the Products > My Trials section, you can view trial versions of ARES products.
To monitor licenses:
Log in to your Graebert Account (see Logging into the Graebert Account)
On the Dashboard of the Customer Portal, click Products > My Products.
Click a product name.
The product information expands.
To monitor licenses bound to devices:
Log in to your Graebert Account (see Logging into the Graebert Account)
On the Dashboard of the Customer Portal, click Devices.
Click a computer name.
The list of ARES products installed on the selected device expands.
