ℹ️ INFO: To sync files, your tablet must be connected to the internet. This feature is only available in Android version 22.1.01776 or later.

The Sync function will only appear if there are files in the folder marked with a red or blue dot.

What you can do:

  • Files with a red dot: These can be uploaded to the server.

  • Delete files with a red dot: Permanently deletes them from the tablet without saving them online.

  • Files with a blue dot: Removes them from the tablet. Once removed, the dot disappears; the files remain safely stored in the cloud or on the server until they are moved or deleted.

A) Uploading files with a red dot to the server

  • Step 1: Tap Synchronize

  • Step 2: All files will be selected automatically. Tap Upload to start the sync process.

  • Step 3: Once the upload is complete, tap Close.

B) Deleting files with a red dot without saving them online

  • Step 1: Tap Synchronize.

  • Step 2: Select the files with a red dot that you want to permanently delete from the tablet without backing them up online.

  • Step 3: Tap Remove.

⚠️ Security Note: A warning message will appear, reminding you that confirming with Yes will permanently delete the selected files without a backup on the server. Selecting No returns you to the file selection screen.

  • Step 4: Tap Close to exit the sync menu.

C) Removing files with a blue dot from the tablet

  • Step 1: Tap Sync.

  • Step 2: Select the files with a blue dot that you wish to remove from the device.

  • Step 3: Tap Remove. Once the process is finished, the selected files will be marked as Deleted.

  • Step 4: Tap Close to exit the sync menu.

ℹ️ INFO: Files without a blue or red dot are stored exclusively in the cloud or on the server, but they will still be displayed in your file list.
