If non-continuous linetypes in paper space viewports display either as continuous or the spaces between line segments are too big then modify the PSLTSCALE system variable. Please switch to the opposite value (0 to 1 or 1  to 0) as currently set. Then process a REGENALL command to update the display of your drawing.

The PSLTSCALE is set to 1 by default, which means all linetypes are scaled to the paper space viewport scale factor. If PSLTSCALE is set to 0 then the linetypes are scaled to the model space scale factor.
