In ARES KUDO, E-mail notifications functionality lets you receive notification e-mails when another user modifies the drawing, adds comments, or modifies existing comment threads.
The frequency of these email notifications can be set in "User Preferences":
The Preferences page lets you define:
Background color of the Model Space
Frequency of getting email notifications
To set the background color of the Model Space:
On the title bar, click the arrow button in front of your User Name and select My Profile.
In Preferences, select Black or White.
Click Save.
To set the frequency of email notifications:
On the title bar, click the arrow button in front of your User Name and select My Profile.
In Preferences, select an option: Immediately on change Hourly Daily Never.
Click Save.
Note: To activate email notification, in the Cloud Storage Explorer, right click a drawing and select Turn on email notifications.
