How to Identify Which Users Are Consuming Flex Network Licenses (FNLM / Reprise)
When using Flex Network Licenses with ARES Commander, licenses are shared from a central pool managed by the Flex Network License Manager (FNLM).
In scenarios where:
You have a limited number of licenses (e.g., 10), and
More users or systems (e.g., 15–20) are attempting to access them,
you may encounter the message: “All licenses are in use.”
This article explains how to identify which users or machines are currently consuming licenses.
Check Active License Usage in FNLM
Using the FNLM License Administration tab
The FNLM License Manager provides a built-in interface where you can monitor license usage in real time.
In the NLM License Manager, click the tab License Administration: Here you can check not only the Licenses available in the License pool, but also the users that are using them.

Terminating a User Session / Force License Return
