Advanced firewall settings for the Network License Manager under Windows

You should stop the Network License Manager (NLM) on the server again, close the service, and close the NLM. Then re-link the RLM.exe file under advanced firewall settings and incoming rules as described in the images.

Now unregister and register the service again and then start the service again
