Logging into the Graebert Account
You can log in to your account from within ARES Commander, ARES Kudo, ARES Touch, or – outside the software – by using an Internet browser on any device.
It is useful to log in from another device, if you need to activate ARES Commander on a computer which has no Internet access.
To log in to your Graebert Account from ARES Commander:
• In the Licensing dialog box, do the following:
Click Login with my Graebert Account.
Type your e-mail address and click Next.
Type your password.
Click Login.
Click Manage Account.
• If you have already logged to your Graebert Account:
In the Licensing dialog box, click Manage Account.
• If you disabled showing the Licensing dialog box, do one of the following:
On the title bar, click your username next to and select My Account from the menu.
In the News palette, select Go to Customer Portal.
To log out from your Graebert Account from ARES Commander:
• In the Licensing dialog box, click Logout .
• If you disabled showing the Licensing dialog box:
On the title bar, click your username.
On the menu, select Log Out.
To log in to the Graebert Customer Portal from ARES Kudo:
In one of the supported Internet browsers, start ARES Kudo.
Log in to ARES Kudo.
On the title bar, click your account name to display the menu.
On the menu, click My Profile.
On the Account Data screen, click Edit My Profile.
The Customer Portal opens with your account.
To log in to the Graebert Customer Portal from ARES Touch:
On your tablet or smartphone, start ARES Touch.
On the title bar of the Drawing Explorer, click the account symbol .
On the login screen, tap Manage Account.
Type your e-mail address and your password.
Tap Login.
The Customer Portal opens with your account.
To log in to the Graebert Customer Portal using an Internet browser on any device (desktop, tablet, or smartphone):
• In an Internet browser on your device, type customer-portal.graebert.com/.
To log out from the Graebert Customer Portal:
• In the Customer Portal, click Logout .
