Should you need to change/replace the machine acting as license server, a new license must be issued.
In order to issue the new license, you will need to provide the Licensing Team the following information:
Your Product Key
The HostID of the new machine
You can submit your request to [email protected]. You can also use this contact for reactivation and licensing issues.
To Obtain the HostID
In NLM (in the new/machine that will act as License Server, once installed), in the “Licenses” menu, select 'Request License' and a window pops up:
The Ethernet ID shown is the information you should include (alongside your Product Key) in your request.
