Permission Key is a unique container of permission(s), that once added to our licensing database enables the use of the product(s) for the period of time that is defined by the included permission(s).

Permission Keys are issued and delivered (via email) to the User ONLY after purchase of the product(s): They are not required for product Trials. The only requirement for product Trial, is the creation of an Account in the Graebert Customer Portal.

For additional reference on product activation (including Trial), please refer to the ARES Commander Installation and Activation Guide here:

or

the article "ARES Commander - Activating a Trial Version" here:

For Plugins Trial Activation, please refer to the article "Plugin Trials" here:

For information on the process for specific plugins/products, please search for the correspondent product in the Graebert HelpCenter (https://help.graebert.com/en/).

Permission keys that include multiple permissions of the same product and licensing type require the creation of an organization by an Administrator. For information about Organizations, please refer to the ARES NLM Installation Guide (https://files.graebert.com/Files_used_in_Intercom/ARES_NLM_INSTALL_2020SP1Guide.pdf) or to the following article: Organization - ARES® Commander License Management in Customer Portal (https://help.graebert.com/en/articles/4970469-organization-ares-commander-license-management-in-customer-portal).
