ARES Electrical introduces a visual improvement in the Wire Palette to make it easier to identify the default wire used in a project.

With the addition of a dedicated icon, users can now quickly recognize which wire is configured as the default and start drawing immediately, without needing to select the wire beforehand.

This enhancement improves workflow efficiency and makes the wire insertion process more intuitive.

How the Default Wire Indicator Works

The Wire Palette now displays a specific icon next to the wire that is configured as the default wire.

This visual indicator makes it easy to identify which wire will be used when drawing directly in the schematic.

Once a default wire is defined, users can simply begin drawing in the graphics area, and the application will automatically use that wire type.
