Control points or Delta Points can be placed anywhere to measure bumps, dents, or unevenness in floors and walls. Delta points display deviations as positive or negative values to help you identify surface irregularities at a glance.

How Delta Points Work

Once you measure a control point using the laser, it is immediately visualized in your drawing and color-coded based on its value:

🔵 Blue Point (Positive Value): Indicates a protrusion or bulge where the surface sticks out.

🔴 Red Point (Negative Value): Indicates a recess or dent where the surface falls back.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Step 1: Select Control Point from the menu.

  2. Step 2: Aim the laser at the desired spot on the wall or floor and trigger the measurement.

  3. Step 3: The control point is automatically added to the drawing with its exact deviation displayed in millimeters.

  4. Step 4: Once finished, exit the command mode by tapping the X (located at the top or bottom right).

💡 Pro Tip: Measure delta points at critical functional heights- such as countertop installation level, niches, or corner connections, to proactively avoid fitting issues during furniture assembly.
