Use this function to measure objects on the wall such as pipe boxing, pillars, boilers, or fuse boxes.
Follow these steps to measure the obstruction using point-to-point (P2P) measurement.
Step 1: Select Obstruction
Select the "Obstacles" option in the software.
Step 2: Measure the Points
Measure all the points one after the other as shown in yellow on the diagram. As soon as a yellow point has been successfully measured, it will turn green.
1. Bottom-left corner: Measure the bottom-left corner of the object.
2. Top-right corner: Measure the top-right corner of the object.
3. Wall reference / Rear edge: Measure a point on the wall next to the object. If there is a gap between the object and the wall (e.g. behind a boiler), measure the rear edge instead.
Step 3: Complete the Measurement
Once all points have turned green, click OK ✅.
