For ARES 2016 Software and older Versions:
To move a Graebert-software-license from one computer to another, please fulfill the user declaration and send ([email protected]) it back to us. Then we will enable your license for a new activation.
Notes:
Further please let us know, if you need the corresponding download link to the latest corresponding setup again.
An already activated license for a particular computer can be reactivated for the same computer multiple times without action from our side.

For ARES 2017 Software and newer Versions:
For Annual and Perpetual Licenses you can login to the Graebert Customer Portal and unbind one of your possible 2 used devices on your own under the menu "Devices".
Note:
This works only, if you haven't used the OFFLINE-activation for both devices or if you have a FLEX-license on a Network License Manager. These license types can't be unbound from a device by the user. In these cases, please fulfill the user declaration and send ([email protected]) it back to us.
