The copy options in the Pages Wizard allow users to quickly reuse existing project structures when creating new pages or page groups.
With this enhancement, users can duplicate individual pages or entire page groups directly within the wizard. This simplifies the process of building standardized project documentation and reduces the need to recreate similar configurations manually.
Copying Pages or Page Groups
When creating a new page or page group using the Pages Wizard, users can choose how the new item will be configured.
The wizard provides two main options:
Using default values – Creates the page or group with the standard project settings.
Copying properties from an existing page or group – Reuses the configuration from an existing item.
To copy an existing configuration:
Open the Pages Wizard from Manage Tab.
Start the creation of a new page or page group.
Select the option Copy properties from.
Choose the existing page or page group you want to duplicate.
Confirm the creation.
The new page or page group will inherit the configuration from the selected source, allowing you to quickly adapt it to your needs.
